I’m Sarah, and I’m here to share some magic I’ve found with you. 

To me, yoga feels like magic.
Not exercise.
Not chanting.
Magic. Slow, free magic.

I was once someone who knew nothing about yoga.  And didn't care to learn about it.  It wasn't for me.

At the time, I was an exhausted, busy, stressed, scatter-brained person.

I knew that I needed to move my body more but had no clue what that meant- I hadn’t done sports since high school (in especially mediocre fashion). I wasn’t a dancer. Large gym equipment looked like torture devices.

I decided it was best to join the closest gym and go to any and all group fitness classes.

I never expected to find myself returning for yoga classes again and again.

What I found in yoga felt like magic.

It gave me a sense of peace and strength I didn't know I was looking for.


I had to share this magic with others.


Through free content, online training, and other offerings, I’m here to help you to move through your life with ease, strength, and less stress so that you can better show up for yourself, others, and the world.

No matter what your knowledge or level of yoga is I will help make it doable, accessible, and fun. Because we all deserve to feel like magic.
